Dance Foundations

Dance Foundations at Nordic Ballet is a series of joyful dance classes for children aged 3 to 6, designed especially for the youngest movement lovers! In our classes, little ones discover the basics of ballet and develop coordination, flexibility and a sense of rhythm in a playful, friendly atmosphere. Our teacher helps every child unlock their creativity, learn to express emotions through dance and fall in love with ballet from the very first steps.

The Dance Foundations programme is built around the needs of young children, so that learning is not only useful but also great fun. Classes combine simple choreographic elements, musical games and exercises that build confidence and imagination. At Nordic Ballet we believe that an early encounter with dance lays the foundation for well-rounded development and a lifelong love of the arts!
