Inclusive (rehabilitative) dance is a space where every child, regardless of physical abilities or health conditions, can discover the world of movement and music. Here dance becomes not only an art but also part of a therapeutic process: it strengthens the body, develops coordination and stamina, and helps children learn new motor skills.
Classes are based on an adapted choreographic method tailored to each child’s abilities. Lessons combine elements of various dance styles — from classical and folk dance to contemporary styles. We work individually, in pairs and in groups, creating space for cooperation, communication and mutual understanding.
Inclusive dance helps children open up, teaches them to work with their body and emotions, boosts self-esteem and builds confidence. It gives them the chance to feel like full participants in cultural and social life, make friends, be part of a team and share their creativity with an audience.
Every class is a small step towards something bigger: freedom of movement, new discoveries and inner harmony. And the stage becomes a place without limits — where there is only art, joy and life in all its fullness.
