Conditions of Study

1. General Principles

At Nordic Ballet, classes are held in small groups, allowing each student to receive individual attention. Each lesson lasts 55 minutes. The learning format includes group classes, private lessons, and specialized programs.

Subscription fees are paid at the beginning of each trimester (three times a year: August–November, December–March, April–June). Payments are non-refundable. Single missed classes are not compensated. Payment for extended absences may be transferred to the next trimester upon agreement with the instructor.

3. Tuition Fees

Subscription (per trimester) — 130 DKK per hour in groups. Single group lesson — 350 DKK

Private lesson or Dance – Repertoire lesson for group students per hour — 350 DKK

Single private lesson or Dance – Repertoire lesson — per hour 500 DKK

Cost of stage costumes is agreed individually.

4. Membership Fees

All students and one parent pay the Inclusion in Dance Foundation membership fee — 300 DKK per year.

Educational services are exempt from VAT according to §13, clause 3 of the Danish VAT Act.

6. Individual Programs

The format and objectives of private lessons and Dance – Repertoire lessons are determined jointly with the instructor.

7. Attendance Rules

Arrive 5–10 minutes before class for changing and warm-up.The hall must be vacated after class as it is used for subsequent bookings.Attend classes in comfortable clothing and ballet/dance shoes.A yoga mat is recommended.For Dance Mastery classes (ages 12+), pointe shoes are used — readiness for pointe work is discussed with the instructor.
